Mallika Sherawat

Mallika Sherawat (born on October 24, 1976 as Reema Lamba) is an Indian actress and a former model. Known for her bold onscreen attitude in such films as Khwahish (2003) and Murder (2004) Sherawat has been frequently featured in the media as a sex symbol. She then appeared in successful romantic comedy Pyaar Ke Side Effects (2006) which won her much critical acclaim.

Since then, she has appeared in successes like Aap Ka Suroor - The Real Love Story, Welcome (both 2007)- her biggest commercial success so far- and Double Dhamaal (2011). She is one of the few Bollywood stars trying to crossover to Hollywood, with films like Hisss (2010) and Politics of Love (2011).

Meera Jasmine

Meera Jasmine (born as Jasmine Mary Joseph) is an Indian actress from Thiruvalla, Kerala, who appears in South Indian cinema. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress in 2004 and is a two-time recipient of the Kerala State Film Award, the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards, as well as the Kalaimamani Award from the government of Tamil Nadu. The Hindu called her "one of the few actors who could hold her own amongst stars and thespians in Malayalam cinema".

Parineeti Chopra

Chopra initially aspired to pursue a career in investment banking, but after obtaining a triple honours degree (in business, finance and economics) from Manchester Business School she returned to India during the 2009 economic recession and joined Yash Raj Films as a public relations consultant. Later, she signed a three-film deal with the company as an actress.

Chopra made her acting debut with a supporting role in the 2011 romantic comedy Ladies vs Ricky Bahl, a moderate box-office success. Her performance in the film garnered critical appreciation and earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut and a nomination for Best Supporting Actress. The following year she played the lead female role in Ishaqzaade, a romantic drama that proved to be a critical and commercial success. Chopra was widely praised for her role which earned her several nominations in the Best Actress category (including Filmfare), and won her the National Film Award - Special Mention. She achieved further success for her leading roles in the 2013 dramedy Shuddh Desi Romance and the 2014 romantic comedy Hasee Toh Phasee.

In addition to acting in films, Chopra is active in humanitarian work, and has a number of endorsement deals. Her prime accomplishments have made her one of the most promising new actresses in India.

Nayantara

Nayantara (born 18 November 1979 as Diana Mariam Kurian) is an Indian film actress from Kerala, who appears in South Indian films. She made her acting debut in the 2003 Malayalam film Manassinakkare and followed with Vismayathumbathu (2004) before foraying into Tamil and Telugu cinema.

She made her debut in Tamil cinema in 2005 with Ayya and a year later in Telugu with Lakshmi, after which she was the female lead in numerous commercially successful Tamil and Telugu films, making herself as one of the most sought after actresses in Tamil and Telugu cinema. In 2010, she also made her Kannada film debut through the film Super. Her portrayal of Sita in Sri Rama Rajyam (2011) earned her Filmfare Award for Best Telugu Actress and Nandi Award for Best Actress.

Early life

Dhupia was born in Kochi, Kerala, India to a Punjabi Sikh family. Her father, Commander Pradip Singh Dhupia, served in the Indian Navy and mother, Manpinder, is a homemaker. She went to Naval Public School then transferred to Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi. She graduated from Jesus and Mary College in New Delhi, affiliated to the University of Delhi, majoring in History.

Nikesha Patel is a British Indian model and film actress. Born in the United Kingdom, she was part of several BBC TV shows, before moving to India and entering the film industry. She debuted in the 2010 Telugu film Puli and later went on to work in Kannada and Tamil cinema.
